What you can expect

The cost of understanding your business challenges through initial discussions, outlining the proposal and refining it with you to ensure both parties are clear on the expected deliverables is borne by Development Initiatives Limited. A typical procedure with a client would be:

  • A 'no fee' scoping meeting on client premises or provision of an outline proposition on receipt  of a written client brief.
     

  • Refinement of the proposal.
     

  • Acceptance of the proposal by the client and agreement of the detailed approach.
     

  • Periodic reviews as determined in stage 3 above.
     

  • Final report and formal feedback at the end of the project.
